Privacy Policy
1. Privacy at a Glance
General information
The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to personally identify you.
Data collection on this website
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the legal notice above. Some data is collected when you provide it to us (e.g. via the booking widget). Other data is collected automatically or with your consent when you visit the website (e.g. technical data such as browser, operating system, or time of the page request).
2. Hosting
Hostinger
This website is hosted by Hostinger. The provider is Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When you visit our website, Hostinger collects various log files including your IP addresses. Hostinger is used on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the most reliable presentation of our website possible. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Hostinger.
3. General Information and Mandatory Disclosures
Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You may revoke any consent you have already given at any time. The legality of data processing carried out before the revocation remains unaffected.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
In the event of GDPR-related concerns, data subjects may contact the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
Right to access, erasure and rectification
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, and, if applicable, a right to rectification or erasure. You can contact us at any time regarding this and other questions about personal data: hello@steadymade.ai
4. Third-Party Tools
Google Fonts (local hosting)
This website uses Google Fonts for consistent typography. These fonts are hosted locally. No connection to Google servers is established and no data is transmitted to Google.
Calendly
Our website integrates the appointment scheduling tool Calendly. The provider is Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, 10th Floor, Atlanta, Georgia 30363, USA. When you use the widget, data such as your name, email address, and IP address are transmitted to Calendly. Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract performance). We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Calendly.
Chat assistant (Lina)
The chat assistant on this website is an AI system. What you type is sent to Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service (Microsoft Corporation, via our Azure subscription) to generate an answer, and is not stored by us or kept by the service after the answer is returned. Please do not enter personal or confidential information. We use the chat on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering questions about our services quickly (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
AI Route
If you use the AI Route and ask for your result by email, we store your description, your answers, the generated report and your email address so that the private result link works, and delete them automatically after 180 days. You give consent for this in the form (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
5. Cookies & Consent
This website asks for your consent by category before anything that is not strictly necessary runs: the booking widget (Calendly) and, where enabled, first-party measurement of which pages and links lead to enquiries. Measurement data stays with us and is never shared with advertising networks. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Technically necessary cookies are set on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. All other cookies are only set with your explicit consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.
